21-Days of Rest & Journalling (30 mins)

Taking a pause together for 21-days of peaceful rest and journalling.

These 30-minute sessions are offered as part of 💝 "Living In The Gift" 💝 with the intention of gathering in a small group to rest, restore, renew and rediscover our energies for the rest of the day.

We'll open the call with a few minutes of inspired musings ~ guided by Nic, haha so can't promise they'll be sensible (!!) and have a little circle check in with everyone.

With some gentle background music we'll simply rest and pause, maybe you'd like to use this time to meditate, read, journal, doodle, sew, knit or just switch off from the outside world, in a gentle loving community space!

We'll then close the call with a brief share... for anyone who'd like to share.

And of course ... a celebration to each of us ... for being here now!

Details:

We'll meet every day from 23rd February until 15th March 2026.

3pm - 3.30pm (CET) that's 2-2.30pm in the UK.

The sessions are held LIVE and will not be recorded.

You are welcome to join for as many or as few days as you like.

Please be on time, as the doors to the meeting will close at 3.05pm so that late arrivals do not disturb the rest of the group.

Attune Your Intuition (30 mins)
Our 30-minute "Attune Your Intuition" sessions are based on Gentle Hatha Yoga and Yoni Shakti.
Pausing ... to tune out of the external razzmatazz, and tune in with our unique connection and expression of breath, body and life force...
Intention: Attune Your Intuition
Type of Practice: Gentle
Length of Class: 30 mins
Location: Online via Zoom
Description: We open with a loving welcome and set our intentions. Then ground with a gentle breath practice. Movements are slowly introduced to the body. As it's the (my) first practice of the day we go slow, feeling into any tightness or creaky bits that may have appeared overnight, and then bring awareness to the space created as we gently stretch and open into various shapes. Our final treat is a life-affirming Instinctive Meditation© from The Radiance Sutra's, before closing, and sharing our well wishes with everyone.

Our Monday "Attune Your Intuition" Sessions are offered FREE for those who join LIVE, as part of "Living In The Gift".

A blanket and cushion or two so you're comfy and cosy.

✅ Ideal for peri, in-the-midst-of-it, and post menopausal woman - however these sessions are not exclusive, so all ages (above 16) and all genders are welcome.
✅ Ideal for anyone who wants easy and gentle breath practices, movement and meditation.
✅ Ideal for those who want time to hone in on their intuitive gifts.
✅ Ideal for anyone who wants to join a friendly group of yogini's.
✅ Ideal for anyone who is achy, creaky, feeling slow or recovering from illness.
✅ Ideal too for speedy go-getters, or those under pressure/stress, who'd like to relax for a while.
✅ Ideal for anyone who wants to take responsibility for their body, mind and spirit.
✖️ Not suitable for anyone who wants lots of movement or a focussed alignment practice.
✖️ Terminology that relates to the female body will be used, if this offends you then these sessions are probably not suitable.

Release 'n' Liberate (30 mins)

This 30 minute session involves moving 'n' shaking to invite fluidity and joy into the body. Then coming to the ground we'll roll around in pleasure!!

In everyday yoga language this is a myo-fascial release class ... where we'll release tension, liberate any achy, stuck and creaky bits, so that after a bit of TLC they (maybe???) feel downright delicious!

I ain't making promises though - you just let me know after the class 🤣.

This play-time is an easy way to gently revitalise the body and get into the nooks and crannies that everyday life might not get into!

Everything is an invitation with options offered to personalise your practice, for your needs on the day.

You will need:

👍 A soft mat or rug to lay on

👍 A blanket

👍 Two tennis balls or MFR balls

👍 An old sock

👍 A block or a couple of small hardback books

Ideal if you have them, but not essential:

👍 Two small foam balls

👍 A small pilates ball or soft foam football

Ideal for those who:

✅ Have aches, pains or creaks!

✅ Spend long periods of time sitting

✅ Want to feel a little more alive without going to the gym (or out in the rain)

✅ Fancy a little morning movement with friendly company to set them up for the day!

✅ Enjoy taking responsible for their body, mind and energetic spirit.

This practice is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing:

✖️ Tumors

✖️ Open wounds

✖️ Broken bones or fractures

✖️ Deep vein issues

✖️ Blood thinning medication

✖️ Uncontrolled high blood pressure

🤷‍♀️ This practice may be beneficial for those with Chronic Fatigue yet this very much depends on each individual.

You, Me & A Cuppa Tea! (45 mins)

Fancy a cuppa tea and a little heart-to-heart?

Jolted by an awakening? Having unexpected mystical experiences? Meditations or inner chatter gone awry ....?

Maybe you feel in a tangle, need a sounding board but don't know who to speak with?

Or ... maybe you know what you want, and are after some encouragement and cheer to take a wild or quantum leap?! 🎉

Ideal for anyone wanting a simple, supportive and friendly ear and maybe a nudge or kindly prod! :)

These sessions are primarily for those who practice, yoga, meditation and breath-work with me, or who have joined a course or event and who would like to have a little more 1-1 time and attention.

What to expect:

Our communing space is opened with a few moments to ground and settle. When we're ready, then following a simple structure the space is here for you to share whatever's most calling to be expressed.

I've facilitated various community wellbeing projects, worked as a nutritional therapist for more than ten years, and spent the last few years in deep soul medicine and meditative spaces travelling through space/time/realities.

And ...feel deeply honoured to have been entrusted with many tender, touching, moving, heart-breaking, extraordinary, extra-dimensional and completely mind-boggling tales of "life" ... AND know what a blessing and relief it's been when finding someone who I can speak with about various ordinary and non-ordinary realities!

So if you feel like it, go for it... I'm here to be with you in this here and now!

Anything shared with me during our session together is held in confidence (^) and I treat our exchange as sharing sacred word.

Before we conclude the session we'll make further enquiries on any actions you might like to take in order to integrate (if desired), and then together we'll close our space with a short blessing.

My role is to simply guide you back to you, by offering a friendly ear and perhaps bouncing and musing with ideas together, so please don't book a session thinking I have your answers :)

These ARE friendly heart-to-heart sessions for those who would like a little 1-1 time outside of my regular classes.

Yoga For Alchemy (60-90 mins)

Calling All Alchemists!

Alchemy is an ancient practice that transmutes one thing into another (lead into gold even ... ) we're all transforming, transmuting and changing, all of the time ... but sometimes things get sticky or stuck, whether we're conscious of it or not.

This could be a physical ache or pain, or a mental stress, struggle, worry or overwhelm.

It could be a huge life change or shock, or something very subtle that we can't quite put our finger on, but something just doesn't feel quite right.

Or ...

it could be a cosmic, magical or mystical shift that's changing something in us and we want to have a practice to integrate it!

What To Expect During These Sessions:

​💖 We open with a gentle grounding breath practice.

💖 Then introduce some easy movement to the body.

💖 Once warmed up, we move into fiery expression, where we have the opportunity to let our energies flow, either gently or with more oomph (you choose!)

💖 Then gently reconnecting with ourselves, we make space to invite in more empowerment, courage, peace and love through a heart dance.

💖 We then finally rest in restorative poses, before closing the session.

These sessions are focussed around emotional liberation not physical flexibility.

All may be carried out on a chair or on a mat/rug on the floor and these sessions are suitable for all ages, body shapes and abilities.

You'll need:

👍 A chair to sit and move on, or a mat to practice and lay down on.

👍 A blanket and cushion or two so you're comfy and cosy.

👍 A sturdy pillow/bolster that's suitable for throwing or punching.

👍 Warm socks if it's cold.

Ideal for:

✅ Anyone who wants to utilise movement, breath and sound to liberate emotions.

✅ These sessions are for anyone who loves, anyone who has a tender heart, anyone who feels stuck in any way. Or for anyone who feels liberated ... and wants to remain feeling so :)

✅ Those who enjoy taking responsibility for their body, mind and energetic spirit.

Not Ideal for:

✖️ Not suitable for anyone who wants a purely physical practice, or specific alignment.

A Note on Grief, Loss and Sorrow:

La Luna's Yoga For Alchemy sessions are based on Grief Yoga® ... which blends yoga, movement, breath and sound, to release struggle and pain to connect us to more empowerment and love.

Pain, struggle, anxiety, stress, worry or feelings of stuck~ness all need dedicated time and space to be felt, witnessed, tended to and nourished. The practices within our 'Yoga For Alchemy' sessions offer that space and help transform energy.

Grief is a part of life for those of us who dare to love.

Grief comes from so many things ... losses ... maybe the loss of a loved one, a job, a home, a divorce, a friendship, a betrayal, the loss of dreams, pregnancies, an identity, the end of menstruation, the loss of wellness (when we become ill) or physical movement when injured.

Maybe the mourning of our childhood (the guidance we wish we'd had, experiences we wish we hadn't had), time gone (from living in addiction, or numbing ourselves to life), or learning to live with or transmute regrets, guilt and shame.

Many continue to grieve (knowingly or unknowingly) from the shock and the losses we collectively experienced during 2020 and the ongoing impacts from that period ... and now as the old world we were used to, clearly ends... how do we fully own, honour and acknowledge all of these changes?

How do we let go enough, so we can move forward, connected to more empowerment and love?

These sessions are designed to acknowledge what's deep in the heart - utilise the wisdom of the body to release - then with gentle practices invite and welcome in more empowerment and love - so we can move forward.
