Morning Movement & Meditation (30 mins)

Our 30-minute Morning Movement & Meditation sessions (or as I like to call them, our Mmm's!) are roughly divided into three parts.

We open with a gentle breath practice, then introduce some movement to the body. As it's the (my) first practice of the day we go slow, feeling into any tightness or creaky bits that may have appeared overnight, and then bring awareness to the space created as we gently stretch and open into various shapes. Our final treat is a life-affirming meditation from The Radiance Sutra's, before closing, and sharing our well wishes with everyone.

All can be carried out on a chair or on a mat/rug on the floor and these sessions are suitable for all ages, body shapes and abilities.

Our Morning Movement & Meditation Sessions are offered on a donation basis as a move towards "Living In The Gift".

You'll need:

A chair or mat to sit on, or lay down on.

A blanket and cushion or two so you're comfy and cosy.

Warm socks if it's cold

Ideal for anyone who wants a very easy and gentle start to the day.

Not suitable for anyone who wants lots of movement or a focussed alignment practice.

MFR: Rise 'n' Shine (30 mins)

Start your day with an easy 30-minute Myo-Fascial Release (MFR) session.

Our thirty minutes are divided into three sections; we start with playful bouncing to loosen up any tension, then coming to the ground to focus on specific myo-fascial release usually working on three areas, then pause and allow everything to settle. We close out our "Rise 'n' Shiny" journey by adding a little rosy glow to our faces!

This play-time is an easy way to gently revitalise the body and get into the nooks and crannies that everyday life might not get into!

Everything is an invitation with options offered to personalise your practice, for your needs on the day.

Ideal for anyone who has aches, pains or creaks! Or anyone who is spending long periods of time sitting, anyone who wants to feel a little more alive without going to the gym (or out in the rain) and anyone who fancies a little morning movement with friendly company to set them up for the day!

You will need:

A soft mat or rug to lay on

A blanket

Two tennis balls or MFR balls

An old sock

A block or a couple of small hardback books

Ideal if you have them, but not essential:

Two small foam balls

A small pilates ball or soft foam football

This practice is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing:

Tumors

Open wounds

Broken bones or fractures

Deep vein issues

Blood thinning medication

Uncontrolled high blood pressure

This practice may be beneficial for those with Chronic Fatigue yet this very much depends on each individual.

I'm unable to offer close supervision of your practice whilst online and recommend that if you'd like more personalised attention then you may like to find a qualified MRF practitioner in your local area or join one of my seasonal workshops.

Yoga Nidra: The Magic of Rest (30 mins)

These 30-minute "Magic of Rest" sessions include a restful yoga nidra practice,  with either a little sound bathing, mantra, mudra or space for journalling  ... all offered with love, joy and kindness!

All sessions are themed and then joyously co-created with "us the peeps" and with the "energies of the day". No scripts ... simply allowing the magic of us, in rest, to do its thing!

You'll need:

Somewhere comfy to rest, maybe the floor (with a rug or mat underneath), the sofa or in bed.

Blankets to snuggle with if cool, or a silk/cotton sheet if warm.

Socks as our feet tend to cool down whilst resting.

Pillows and bolsters so you can feel fully supported.

Eye mask or scarf if you like having some extra weight on your eyelids or would like to close out more light.

You may also like to have handy:

A drink and little snack for afterwards.

A journal and colouring pens/pencils.

Maybe a small altar if this is in your practice.

You're very welcome to have your camera on or off during the session.

However, during the practice your mic will be placed on mute so as keep the flow for the group.

Restorative: Moon Bathing (30 mins)

Gather up your blankets, bolsters and fluffy socks and come rest a while in this 30-minute restorative moon-bathing practice. You'll be guided into restorative shapes whilst listening to soft background music.

An ideal practice for anyone after a hard day at work, play, or looking after the kids.

A supportive practice for those who may be pre-menstrual, moon bleeding, peri or post menopausal, anyone recovering from an illness or feeling run down and anyone who is just in need of a good old rest and a bit of peace and quiet to hear themselves think!

You'll need:

A mat or comfy large rug to rest on

Minimum of 2 pillows or bolsters (bring more if you like lots of squish)
A blanket

Two blocks if you have them

A yoga strap if you have one - or a belt or pillow case can be used

Fluffy socks to keep tootsies warm

Please log in a few minutes before the session starts, so we may begin on time. You can choose to have your camera on or off during the session. All mic's will be muted once we start, so we can all remain in the flow.

You, Me and a Cuppa Tea!

Fancy a cuppa tea and a little heart-to-heart?

Maybe you feel in a tangle, need a sounding board but don't know who to speak with, or unsure of next steps? Or maybe you know what you want, and are after some encouragement and cheer to take a wild or quantum leap?!

Ideal for anyone wanting a simple, supportive and friendly ear and maybe a nudge or kindly prod! :)

These sessions are primarily for those who practice, yoga, meditation and breath-work with me, or who have joined a course or event and who would like to have a little more 1-1 time and attention.

What to expect:

Once we have a stable internet connection I'll open our communing space and we'll take a few moments to ground and settle. When we're ready then following a simple structure the space is here for you to share whatever's most calling to be shared.

I've facilitated various community wellbeing projects, worked as a therapist for more than ten years, and spent the last few years in deep soul medicine and meditative spaces travelling through space/time/realities.

And ...feel deeply honoured to have been entrusted with many tender, touching, moving, wonderful, heart-breaking, extraordinary, extra-dimensional and completely mind-boggling tales of "life" ... AND know what a blessing and relief it's been when finding someone who I can speak with about various ordinary and non-ordinary realities! So if you feel like it, go for it... I'm here to be with you in this here and now!

Your words, voice and expressions have great value and importance ~ as the great Florence wrote "your word is your wand"! Anything shared with me during our session together is held in confidence (^) and I treat our exchange as sharing sacred word.

Before we conclude the session I'll offer further enquiries on some actions you'd maybe like to take to integrate, and then together we'll close our space.

Note:

My role is to simply guide you back to you - so please don't book a session thinking I have your answers :)

These ARE friendly heart-to-heart sessions for those who would like a little 1-1 time outside of my regular classes.

Important:

These are NOT therapy, coaching or counselling sessions.

If you want or need professional support these sessions will NOT be suitable for you.

If during our time together you express that you'd like additional support then I'm happy to signpost to Nutritional Therapists, Functional Medicine Practitioners, Yoga Therapists & Specialists, Hypnotherapists and Past Life Regression Specialists, Grief Counsellors and more. If you have serious health concerns then it is advisable to speak with your doctor or health practitioner for blood tests and diagnostics.

Rest & Rejuvenate - December 2025

Bring your snuggly blankets and pillows, a journal with pen/pencils and things to colour with, and maybe a few pieces of fruit, chocolate and/or nuts, and warm drinks if chilly.

The themes will be co-created with the group and energies of the day ... playing with the time, space continuum and with nothing to do but rest in your own snuggly space.
